2. Terms & Conditions
Consultations
- All new clients must undergo a consultation before treatment.
- A full medical history is required. We reserve the right to decline treatment if deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
Bookings & Deposits
- A deposit of 20% is required to confirm your appointment.
- Deposits are non-refundable but transferable if cancellation terms are met.
Age Restrictions
- Clients must be 18 years or older. Proof of ID may be requested.
Treatment Results
- Results vary depending on individual factors. Multiple sessions may be necessary.
- No guarantees of specific results can be made.
Payments
- Payment is due on the day of treatment.
- We accept card / credit cards / bank transfers.
Clinical Photography
- Before/after photographs may be taken for medical records.
- Additional consent will be obtained if images are used for marketing.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit.
- Refunds are not provided for completed treatments, as results cannot be guaranteed.
- If you are unwell, please contact us as soon as possible to rearrange.
4. Medical Consent & Safety Disclaimer
- A signed medical consent form must be completed before treatment.
- Treatments may not be suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding clients, or those with certain medical conditions.
- All risks, side effects, and aftercare will be explained before treatment.
- Life Holistics is not liable for adverse outcomes where medical history has been withheld or aftercare instructions not followed.
5. Complaints Policy
We are committed to providing a high standard of care and respecting your privacy and personal data.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, care, or the way your personal data has been handled, you can make a complaint.
Informal concerns
Where possible, please raise any concerns directly with your practitioner so we can try to resolve the issue quickly.
Formal complaints
Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to:

We will:
- Acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days
- Investigate and provide a full response within 14 working days, where possible
- Keep you informed if more time is needed
